Grapevine Wines is located at 309 S. Kirkwood Rd. in the heart of historic downtown Kirkwood, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. We offer a selection of over 1000 wines from around the world, as well as an excellent selection of spirits including over 60 Single Malt Scotches. In addition, we have a large selection of fresh cheeses, gourmet foods and an assortment of wine accessories.
Grapevine Wines is owned by two brothers, Mike and Bob Gray. Mike was a CPA who always wanted to own his own business. Bob was managing a popular restaurant and bar in St. Louis when he anticipated the growing trend of wine consumption. Since its start in 1996, the shop has grown from its original 1200 sq. ft. location on Jefferson Ave. to its current location on Kirkwood Rd., which used to house the Kirkwood Post Office, a grocery store and most recently, the Kirkwood Cue Club. The charm of the historic building including the brick walls, the pressed tin ceiling and the Tuscan styled floor provides a wonderful atmosphere for a wine shop.
We enjoy the strong support of a loyal customer base in Kirkwood and the surrounding suburbs. We even attract customers from rural areas of Missouri and out of state who enjoy our efforts to provide the best and friendliest service in the St. Louis wine market.
